About

About Advent Nursing Services

Advent Nursing Services was created to provide practical digital resources for nurses at different stages of their careers. These guides are designed to support real-world nursing practice through clear, useful tools such as scripts, checklists, templates, documentation examples, medication safety reminders, and bedside communication strategies.

The goal is to help nurses feel more prepared, more organized, and more equipped for the realities of patient care.

About the Creator

Justin J. Carson, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse with 13 years of Emergency Room nursing experience and counting. He began his ER nursing career in 2013 and has gained bedside experience at major academic medical centers across the country, including Emory University Hospital Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia; NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York, New York; and UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Justin created Advent Nursing Services to help nurses bridge the gap between textbook knowledge and real bedside practice. His practical guidance focuses on what nurses often wish they had been taught earlier: how to organize a shift, communicate clearly, prioritize care, document safely, protect their license, and grow professionally without losing themselves in the process.
